The retreat price above includes all the items listed at the bottom of the Home Page: Four fresh-made organic juices daily, Unlimited Herbal Teas, Unlimited Master Cleanse with fresh-picked Meyers lemons, fresh spring drinking water, 5 yoga classes, twice daily health talks, $100 gift certificate for massage treatments, Spa Day, Notebook, pH Test Strip paper, use of Chi machine, personal health consultation and more. There are no further charges unless you choose to have additional Spa treatments or other services. Airfare and transportation to and from your retreat are not included.

Retreat Reservation Procedures

First, contact Sayward, the Retreat Director, either by phone or email, to learn if space at your selected retreat date is available. If you leave a message by phone, be sure to leave your phone number and specify the best time to reach you.

Second, send payment to Sayward for your retreat, which includes your accommodations. Payments are accepted preferably by check, cash or Money Order, but credit card payments are also accepted. Preferably payment should be made at least two weeks before Retreat starts.

Third, once your payment has been received, you will receive Confirmation of your Retreat Registration, your Transition-In Diet, Directions to The Retreat, and a List of What to Bring. Your first juice is served at 3 p.m. on Sunday.

Upon your arrival you will receive your Notebook, which has your Daily Schedule, Transition-Out Diet, and much more information. At 6 p.m. on Sunday we have the Introductions, Overview of the Program, and Sign-Up for Spa Treatments. If you choose to have Colonics, be sure to schedule them at least a week in advance of your Retreat start date.

December 11-16, 2011 Retreat Resort

Check out the beautiful, spacious grounds and classic modernism architecture of the gorgeous The Horizon Hotel.. They boast a salt water pool - no chlorine, and a large hot tub, across wide lawns and large outdoor sunbathing areas. All around the perimeter of the grounds can be seen the lofty San Jacinta mountains and palm trees. The Horizon Hotel is adults only - no children - and is quiet and peaceful, as well as meticulously appointed.

We often take day trips or walks to the nearby highly acclaimed, spectacular Indian Canyons, Murray Canyon, Andreas Canyon, Tahquitz Canyon waterfall, Palm Springs Aerial Tramway, Botanical Gardens, the Walk of Stars, plus beautiful hiking trails against the hills overlooking Palm Springs and the entire valley.

Also, two immaculate and green golf courses are within a 3 minute drive of The Horizon Hotel, for those of you who golf.

Check-In Time is 3:00 p.m. on Sunday, and Check-Out Time is 12:00 noon on Friday.
